It's quite a simple process to add your uploaded web cam image to your own HTML web page. We use some java script to make sure that the image gets updated as it should.

Things you will need to know before you can proceed.
  1. The full URL to your image (e.g. http://www.myspace.com/images/easywebcam.jpg)
  2. How to edit an HTML document (you can use Notepad if you don't have an HTML editor installed).
  3. How to copy and paste (RIGHT click and select COPY on this page to copy - and RIGHT click and select PASTE in your own document to paste)

Lets get started:

Open your own HTML document (the one that you need to add your image to). You will need to be in HTML mode (in Front Page, select the page you need and then click on the HTML tab at the bottom of the screen). If you are unsure, then open the document using Notepad or Wordpad which are installed with Windows.
At the top of the text (html code), locate the <HEAD> tag.
Now copy the text from the text box below and paste it JUST AFTER the <HEAD> tag

NOTE: You will need to replace the text xxFULL_IMAGE_URLxx with the full URL to your web cam image. (WARNING.. DO NOT DELETE THE '?' after the URL text)

Now look further down the page and locate the <BODY> tag.
Add the following text ON TO the body tag (do not delete the text you currently have) so that it changes from
<body>
to:

Nearly there now:
You now need to locate where abouts in your document you want your image to appear. When you have found the location, copy and paste the following code in to the place you want your image to appear.

NOTE: Once again you will need to replace the text xxFULL_IMAGE_URLxx with the full URL to your web cam image. (there isn't a '?' symbol to worry about in this bit of code).

Don't forget to turn off the HTML page upload feature in Easy Web Cam - Go in to the FTP tab in the main interface and turn off the 'Upload easywebcam.html along with the image' check box.

That's it:

Now save the page and then open it using your web browser.
