get a refund and have owned the software/product for LESS than 16 days then please read these instructions.
At UK Software we try hard to work out
any problems you have. If you are having a problem with any of our
software then please
click here to go to our Tech support page before requesting a refund.
If we still cannot help you, then please read on.

Click
here to download our 'Letter of Intellectual Property Destruction'
file.
It's a .zip file (you'll need a program like WinZip to un zip it)
which contains the same document in 3 different formats just in case you
can't open the default .doc file. Warning: This
is a legally binding contract between you and us (UK Software). Once
your refund is processed your software may be disabled. Should you
decide you want to re active the software, you'll have to pay a re
activation fee to UK Software in addition to the original cost of the
software. Click here for more.

Fill in the Letter of Intellectual
Property Destruction and then either Fax it to us at
0870 135 3454 or
send it by post to:
UK Software, 6 HILL GROVE LEA, HUDDERSFIELD, HD3 3YD,
UNITED KINGDOM.

When we receive the letter, we will
then process a refund.
Warning: Once you have completed the Letter of
Intellectual Property Destruction you should never run your software
again (you have signed a contract claiming to have completely removed
the software from you computer remember!). If we detect that you have
executed the software AFTER we have processed a refund to your card, we
will immediately re charge your card with both the original cost of the
software and the activation fee as
listed here.
Note, incomplete Intellectual
property destruction letters will simply be discarded.
How to reactivate your software after a
refund.
If your software
has been disabled due to you completing a Letter of Intellectual Property
Destruction and you wish to use it again then you'll have to pay an
activation fee in ADDITION to the original purchase fee of the software.
Please bear in mind that it costs us a refund fee to refund your credit
card, it also takes time for us to un register your software at our data
centres. We therefore need to recoup these costs from you should you wish
to re activate the software.
This is what you need to do now.
Click here to pay your re activation fee. It will cost you $6.99.
IMPORTANT: make sure you use the same email address as
in the next step.
Now Purchase your software again just as you did originally
(look at the top left of this page for links to our purchasing pages).
After purchasing, you'll get a new unlocking email but it won't work with
your software until we've activated it again at our data centres, we can
only do this when we have received your re activation fee above. |
